HELLO WEEK : test drive

Spend 4 full days with us doing all the activities a top producer would do. This is our opportunity to test each other out and see if we are a fit. Each day will have goals and tasks. By the end of this week you will have a good understanding of what it’s like to partner with us.

ONBOARDING : access all tools

You made it past Hello Week and now it’s time to get you onboarded. Our staff with set you up with all of our team systems and tech tools. We will formalize our relationship and get you access to our lead opportunities. We will also pair you with a mentor who will help you get into production.

Days 1-30 : Activities & Effort

Days 1-30 is all about activities. Are you staying consistent with the weekly schedule? Are you putting in the work like a top agent? Are you learning all of our systems and processes? This is your chance to really show your commitment to launching your career. Our Sales Manager will help hold you accountable and push you to your best.

days 31-60 : building Momentum

Days 31-60 is about turning your activities into results. Our goal is to have you on your way to production, showing homes, writing offers with your mentor and getting your first deal in contract. Staying consistent in your daily hustle is crucial. You should be in a solid rhythm at this point and gaining confidence.

days 61-90 : in production

By this time you should be able to set appointments consistently, know how to show homes, and know how to conduct a buyer consultation. You should have a few hot clients in the pipeline, many clients you are nurturing in your CRM and have a strong possibility of 1 to 2 deals in contract by day 90. You have now made it into production. People know you are in real estate and the momentum will really start to show.
